• using more than 1 profile on a single subscription plan.

Rights of Subscription

Bids Master AI holds the right to cancel the subscription of any user at any stage for violating terms and conditions. Bids Master AI also holds the right for the amount being charged for BidMaster.ai subscription, this amount can be increased at any stage without any prior announcements to users.

We reserve the right to refuse subscription renewal. We monitor our subscribers' progress. If you take unnecessary gaps between subscription renewals after winning projects, this may lead to restrictions on renewal, a ban for a few months, or a permanent ban.

Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of pk, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in pk for the resolution of any disputes.

Refund/Return Policy

We currently do not offer a refund or return policy. All sales are final. If you have any issues with our services, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellation of Orders/Subscription Plan Policy

You may cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions and deny access to our services to any user who violates our terms and conditions.

Customer Complaint Handling Mechanism

For any complaints regarding our services, you may contact us through phone number, email, whatsapp. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 working days. If the complaint requires further investigation, we will inform you of the delay and keep you updated on the progress.
